Why this Course
As collaborative behaviours become a defining capability in construction and infrastructure, project success increasingly depends on the strength of project culture and how effectively it is established across partners.
High-performing projects are built on trust, open communication, and the ability to collaborate across organisational boundaries — enabling teams to navigate complexity, reduce risk, and deliver successful outcomes.
Drawing on international project experience, we bring a practical, proven approach to building and embedding high-performance cultures — equipping leaders to lead collaboration as a core capability.
Open cohorts / Tailored in-house delivery available.
Strategic Value
Large-scale projects operate as organisations in their own right, with partners and supply chains functioning as integrated teams. In this environment, culture must be intentionally designed and actively led.
In collaborative delivery models — including Alliances, Integrated Project Delivery, and Progressive PPPs — roles such as People & Performance Managers, Collaboration Leads, and HR professionals are increasingly responsible for enabling team performance. Yet this remains an emerging discipline with limited structured development pathways.
Strong collaborative cultures directly influence outcomes — improving safety, schedule, cost, and overall delivery performance. Investing in this capability is fundamental to project success.
